  • Provides a specialised study in airlines ticketing and passenger service

  • Enhances students’ communication, interpersonal, customer service and language skills for the profession in the airline industry

  • Cultivates students a sense of responsibility, professional attitudes and ethics

Programme Learning Outcomes

Upon completion, students will be able to:​
  • develop a sense of responsibility, professional attitude and ethics;
  • demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • communicate and provide passenger and ticketing service to airline passengers effectively; and
  • demonstrate their analytical, problem solving and management skills by addressing various management issues in airline and travel industry.

Earn a UK Degree in 3 years
 
Students who are admitted to Business or Tourism related programmes offered by CCLU/LIFE will be given a “conditional offer” from the University of Stirling. Upon graduation#, students can articulate to the 1-year Top-up Degree programmes offered by University of Stirling in collaboration with LIFE, including

Graduates of this programme are eligible to apply for admission to the full-time top-up degree programmes offered at the Lingnan University campus by LIFE in collaboration with overseas universities:

很久以前,我已經對航空業感到興趣,但是深入認識機場及航空公司營運模式的機會甚少。報讀學院航空服務及管理高級文憑課程後,我除了學到航空業的基礎知識,還有機會到機場地勤公司實習,學以致用。在機場實習了三個月,我親身體驗到忙碌的機場工作,並透過與不同國家的旅客接觸,提升了溝通及語言能力,更掌握到專業顧客服務所需的技能。這兩年裡所學到的專業知識,對我日後進修與工作都有莫大幫助。
